In this course you will make one noodle dish or one rice dish. Some of the noodle courses will serve as a side dish as well. The first person to sign up may choose the dish for our day together.

1: Tom Yum Fried Rice
Making Tom Yum Kum Paste from scratch with Shrimp, broccoli, mushroom, cilantro, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lime.
Korean famous rice dish. Grilled marinade rib-eye with sweet and spicy Bibimbap sauce. Mix with Korean style vegetables (cooked bean sprouts and dried fern). Fresh lettuce.
3: Indonesian Spicy Rice with Lemongrass Lollipop
Small dry shrimp, dried coconut, coriander, cumin powder mixed in the rice with fresh watercress, mint. For the side, you will make sweet and spicy pork stick with lemongrass lollipop.
4: Senegal Style Seafood Paella
Make sweet pepper paste from scratch. Cooked with fish – shrimp broth, Kauai Shrimp, Clams, Squid, Dikon, Carrots, Broken Rice.
1: Ramen with Gyoza (Japanese Style Pot Stickers)
Making a Chinese Chicken Stew for topping of Ramen noodles and learn how to make a Ramen stock with chicken and pork bones. Wheat noodles.
2: Mee Siam with Coconut Rice
Mee Siam is a spicy noodle, originally from Singapore. Soup stock is made with Thai Nam Prik Pow sauce. Very spicy, but also a very tasty soup, with shrimp and calamansi limes. Glass noodle (mung bean and gluten free).
3: Chez Klio Pad Thai
The best Pad Thai on the island! If you do not take my Pad Thai class, you could choose this now! Requires a lot of work but it’s worth it. Shrimp or chicken. Rice noodle (gluten free).
4: Filipino Seafood Pancit with Lumpia
Popular dish with island Filipino, I twisted the original way to Thai style. Coconut milk, Fish and Shrimp stock, finish with Kauai shrimp, scallops, squid, greens and thinly sliced pork butt. Wheat Noodle.
5: Khao Soy
Famous Thai Cheng Mai bone dish. Chicken base with coconut milk soup. Crispy and soft wheat noodle and coconut chicken curry..
6: Korean Chicken and Mushroom Japche with Meat Patties
Uses sweet potato noodle (gluten free) with spicy Korean style sauce. Served with bite size pork patties and spicy sesame sauce.
