Noodle Course

1: Ramen with Gyoza (Japanese Style Pot Stickers)
Making a Chinese Chicken Stew for topping of Ramen noodles and learn how to make a Ramen stock with chicken and pork bones. Wheat noodles.

2: Mee Siam with Coconut Rice
Mee Siam is a spicy noodle, originally from Singapore. Soup stock is made with Thai Nam Prik Pow sauce. Very spicy, but also a very tasty soup, with shrimp and calamansi limes. Glass noodle (mung bean and gluten free).

3: Chez Klio Pad Thai with Thai Fish Cakes
The best Pad Thai on the island! If you do not take my Pad Thai class, you could choose this now! Requires a lot of work but it’s worth it. Shrimp or chicken. Rice noodle (gluten free).

4: Filipino Green Mango Noodle Salad with Lumpia
Seasonal dish (May to August).
The tartness from green mango makes this dish special. Served with pork lumpia with Marshall Island style spicy sauce. Glass Noodle (gluten free), lumpia skin made of wheat flour.

5: Korean Chicken and Mushroom Japche with Meat Patties
Uses sweet potato noodle (gluten free) with spicy Korean style sauce. Served with bite size pork patties and spicy sesame sauce.
