Even if on the other side of world Morocco is not so away far for me, because my mother-in-law was born in Morocco and she loves the place and their cuisine. She introduced to me many Moroccan foods. In 2019, I landed in Marrakesh again, and passed over the Atlas mountain range.
My camel guide cooked for me a simple dinner under the countless stars. The Tagine was with the special spice “Sahara Sand”. I polished my Moroccan cooking skills during this trip and I am happy to share my new recipe with you.
